**Full Job Description**:
- Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants.
- Negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
- Good experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirement from prime vendor, Direct/Implementation Clients etc to submit the bench consultants.
- Negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedule & placing the consultants.
- Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD’s/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Strong understanding of technical requirement.
- Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.

Working Hours: - Night Shift (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IS
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
