BDE Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of working experience using Upwork Freelancer and Guru platforms to generate business leads and drive sales growth The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and closing deals to meet sales targets Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies for identifying and generating new business opportunities on Up-work Freelancer and Guru platforms Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication networking and follow-up Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals negotiate contracts and close deals Identify and analyze market trends to develop new business strategies and increase revenue Monitor and report on sales and business development activities and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 1-2 years of working experience in Business Development or Sales preferably using Up-work Freelancer and Guru platforms Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
