Job Description

This role focuses on investment guideline monitoring, trade review, and client onboarding, and involves working closely with portfolio managers and global compliance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing client investment guidelines and onboarding new accounts
- Monitoring daily trades to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
- Coding and reconciling compliance rules within an Order Management System
- Collaborating with investment and technology teams on compliance processes

Ideal profile:

- 4-8 years of experience in investment/trade compliance or middle-office operations
- Strong knowledge of securities and derivatives
- Familiarity with OMS platforms (e.g., Allvue, Murex), Bloomberg, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Should be willing to work on-site from Hyderabad location
- Total years should not be more than 9 years
