This role focuses on investment guideline monitoring, trade review, and client onboarding , and involves working closely with portfolio managers and global compliance teams.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Reviewing client investment guidelines and onboarding new accounts
  • Monitoring daily trades to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
  • Coding and reconciling compliance rules within an Order Management System
  • Collaborating with investment and technology teams on compliance processes

Ideal profile:

  • 4-8 years of experience in investment/trade compliance or middle-office operations
  • Strong knowledge of securities and derivatives
  • Familiarity with OMS platforms (e.g., Allvue, Murex), Bloomberg, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Should be willing to work on-site from Hyderabad location
  • Total years should not be more than 9 years
