Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Project Leader - Recoveries In this role, the incumbent will guide essential communications, change management, interpersonal design, employee engagement and employer branding to help fuel growth by leading large, complex business transformation. Someone with rich and tasteful experience in Deductions management, Trade Promotions Management, CRM Solutions, Order to Cash, Digital Solutions etc. The incumbent will be part of Deductions & Disputes Management team and will be responsible to drive highly energetic delivery teams to identify revenue leakage opportunities owing to Deductions/ disputes/ claims/short payment on invoices. It requires strong domain experience in overall Order to Cash value chain, Trade Spend management & upstream supply chain functions, in CPG and Life Sciences industry sector. The incumbent will be responsible for building innovative solutions, participate in pre-sales, build proposals independently and deliver by creating strong team. The incumbent will work with client leadership, cross-functional internal teams, and strategic technology partners to deliver business impact through operational excellence and digital transformation. Salesforce, Celonis, HighRadius, SAP functional expertise will be preferred. Responsibilities .Lead and manage a global team of 50-100 professionals in delivering and transforming deductions and claims processes across multiple clients. .Own the deductions and claims capability for Genpact, including strategy, solution design, process excellence, digital innovation, and delivery governance. .Provide thought leadership on deductions recovery frameworks and build consulting propositions for clients. .Partner with sales teams to drive pre-sales efforts, including RFP responses, client presentations, solution workshops, and deal closures. .Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to build momentum on new deals and successful conversion. .Understand trade terms, supplier-retailer dynamics, Retailer nuances and payment behaviours, portal navigation, and industry-specific compliance requirements to build insight-driven recovery roadmaps. .Deliver business impact and client value by embedding analytics, automation, and predictive modeling in the claims and disputes lifecycle. .Engage with technology partners and consulting firms to co-create market-relevant, scalable solutions. .Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior client stakeholders on O2C best practices and innovation areas. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification .Master's Degree - MBA in Finance/ Supply Chain management / Chartered accountant .Technical knowledge - Power BI, Tableau will be preferred. .ERP Platform - Thorough with Finance & accounting modules of SAP and Oracle. .Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills. .Person should be ready to travel on regular basis.
