Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Vice President (VP) Sales to lead and manage sales operations for our luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida and Gurgaon.
- The role requires a strong leader with 5-10 years of sales experience in real estate and proven 5-7 years of team-handling experience.
- The VP Sales will play a pivotal role in business growth, driving sales strategies, mentoring teams, and maintaining strong client and developer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations for luxury real estate projects in Noida/Gurgaon.
- Manage and mentor sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and provide strategic direction.
- Ensure seamless client servicing and closure of high-value transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury residential & commercial preferred).
- 5-7 years of proven team-handling experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of the NCR real estate market (Noida & Gurgaon).
- Strong network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs.
- Ability to meet and exceed high-value sales targets.
