Job Summary Strategy Through Workforce Empowerment deliver a consistent balance between Cost and Service goals for the organization across units managed Drive productivity through workforce practices of not just people optimization but also ensuring alignment to spans and layers set at organization level seats other requirements balanced through better scheduling Business The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with Business units and Group Functions Country stakeholders Processes Proven track record of executing WFM in BFSI Third Party BPO with an outlook to drive change Deliver Cost reduction targets at the organization level and ensure its embedded well within the Workforce delivery Deliver long and short-term staffing requirements collaborate with business leaders to make staffing decisions that support operational objectives Manage various initiatives for increasing Resource Utilization through Seat Management Productivity Management across business by working with various stakeholders Key Responsibilities People Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners Risk Management Proactively provide analysis and recommendations on Operational issues including multi-skilling complimentary queues advising on appropriate courses of action to correct problems or respond to changes in trends patterns and business requirements Ensure adherence to risk management framework Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Key stakeholders Unit Heads of Business units and Group Functions Country stakeholders Skills and Experience Copy skills and experience from Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree master s degree preferred in data science information systems statistics applied math Languages English SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Workforce
