- Having 3 - 8 Yrs of experience in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency with test automation tools - Selenium, Test Project, Appium, PostMan, Cucumber etc.,
- Sound knowledge in Testing Methodologies, Automation Test Strategy, Automation Test Plans, test reports etc.,
- Identify automation test cases and establish/configure testing environments for creating/executing/maintaining the automation test scripts in client repositories.
- Ability to create/analyze automation frameworks from scratch and prepare a roadmap for automation testing
- Lead and train the team to implement automation testing tools and procedures
- Validate testing activities progress and issues, propose workaround solutions when necessary
- Coordinate with customers, other teams and ensure that test activities follow standards and best practices
- Good Communication Skills
- Prioritization and time management
