Key Responsibilities Sales Support Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and handling customer inquiries Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems Prepare and manage sales quotes proposals and presentations as needed Track sales orders and ensure they are processed efficiently Order Management Oversee the end-to-end order process from order creation to delivery Monitor order status and follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment Address any issues related to orders including delays shortages or product discrepancies Customer Relationship Management Act as a point of contact for customers handling queries complaints and providing support Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities Support the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities Administrative Support Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for the sales team and management Maintain accurate records of sales activity client meetings and communications Coordinate internal and external meetings including scheduling and logistics Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures Coordination Communication Serve as a liaison between the sales department and other departments such as marketing finance and logistics Assist with coordinating product shipments deliveries and installations as needed Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers to manage expectations Sales Process Improvement Identify areas where processes can be improved to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to assist in sales planning Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 816 10 - 15 741 81 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9116638007
