Job Title

A centre manager is required to lead our team in India's leading indoor play center and party venue for kids.

  • Manage day-to-day operations and oversee the smooth running of the centre, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supervise staff members and coordinate their daily activities, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle client escalations, resolve grievances efficiently, and maintain excellent guest relations.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, manage petty cash, and maintain basic accounting records for the centre.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead all client interactions and guest relations, presenting sales pitches about the centre and its offerings to prospective clients.
  2. Coordinate events at the centre from enquiry to complete execution, supervising various departments including housekeeping, food & beverage, and repair & maintenance.
  3. Manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  4. Supervise and lead staff members, coordinating their day-to-day activities and promoting teamwork.
  5. Standardize processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage operations, and cleanliness of the centre.
  6. Co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient service.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Experience in handling operations and leading teams, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
