Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, defining the architecture and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, outlining the necessary technical infrastructure and data strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability throughout the delivery process.
  • Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks, leveraging cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Work effectively with external clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services.
  • Prior experience in a consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with dynamic project requirements and the ability to adapt to evolving circumstances.
Availability:
  • 5 - 8 hours overlap with EST, according to client needs
  • Immediate or up to 1-2 weeks notice
  • Open to short-term projects such as discovery proposals and 6 weeks POCs
