Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and developing strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting potential clients, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with various teams to align business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Expertise in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
