Job Title: Wealth Operations Executive / Specialist Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3-6 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Wealth Operations professional to support back-office and middle-office activities within our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.) - Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches - Reconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS tools - Coordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies - Manage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance reporting - Generate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and management - Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operations - Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives - Provide training or support to junior team members as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field - 2–5 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or wealth management firm - Proficiency in MoneyWare Integra (by Wealth Spectrum) and/or Miles Software (MoneyWare / Private Wealth Management tools) - Strong understanding of wealth management products (MFs, AIFs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds) - Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, FATCA, CRS, etc.) - Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred (but not mandatory): - NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors - NISM Series X-A/X-B: Investment Adviser - CFP, CWM, or any Wealth Management certification (desirable).
