About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Engineer / Executive to join our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in automation, web development, CRM management, and coding, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. This role combines technical expertise with innovative thinking to enhance business operations, digital infrastructure, and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and managewebsitesusing modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.). Implement and manageautomation tools and processesto optimize workflow efficiency. Manage and customizeCRM systems(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to support marketing and customer engagement. Collaborate with themarketing teamto integrate technical solutions for campaigns, lead tracking, and analytics. Develop, test, andmaintain software scripts or applicationsfor business automation. Performcoding, debugging, and system troubleshootingas needed. Manage and analyze data usingMicrosoft Excel(advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Ensure smooth integration of internal systems, APIs, and databases. Support IT infrastructure, networking, and security operations. Research and deploy emerging technologies to enhance productivity and innovation. Required Skills: Hands-on experience inAutomation Tools & Scripting(e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar). Strong knowledge ofWeb Development(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress). Proficiency inCRM Management & Automation(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Expertise inExcel(formulas, charts, pivot tables, data analysis). Solid foundation inCoding, Debugging, and Algorithmic Thinking. Familiarity withDatabase Management(MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB). Basic understanding ofNetworking and IT Systems. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Additional Preferred Skills: Knowledge ofCloud Platforms(AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). Experience withAPI Integrationand RESTful services. Familiarity withVersion Control Systems(Git/GitHub). Basic exposure toDigital Marketing Tools(Google Analytics, SEO, Ads Manager). Understanding ofAI, IoT, or Data Automation technologies.
