Founded by Mr. Vishal Saini, a Qualified Naturopath specializing in Food Nutrition, the organization aims to heal and educate individuals on wellness through Naturopathy and Nutrition.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Engineer / Executive to join our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in automation, web development, CRM management, and coding, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. This role combines technical expertise with innovative thinking to enhance business operations, digital infrastructure, and system efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and manage websites using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).- Implement and manage automation tools and processes to optimize workflow efficiency.- Manage and customize CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to support marketing and customer engagement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate technical solutions for campaigns, lead tracking, and analytics.- Develop, test, and maintain software scripts or applications for business automation.- Perform coding, debugging, and system troubleshooting as needed.- Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.).- Ensure smooth integration of internal systems, APIs, and databases.- Support IT infrastructure, networking, and security operations.- Research and deploy emerging technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.Required Skills:Hands-on experience in Automation Tools & Scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar).Strong knowledge of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress).Proficiency in CRM Management & Automation (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).Expertise in Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data analysis).Solid foundation in Coding, Debugging, and Algorithmic Thinking.Familiarity with Database Management (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).Basic understanding of Networking and IT Systems.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Additional Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).- Experience with API Integration and RESTful services.- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub).- Basic exposure to Digital Marketing Tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Ads Manager).- Understanding of AI, IoT, or Data Automation technologies.- Basic design sense using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (optional).How to Apply:Send your CV/ Resume to:Subject Line: Application for Technical Specialist – Agra#TechnicalEngineer #TechnicalExecutive #HiringNow #JobOpening #AgraJobs #NowHiring #CareerOpportunity #JobAlert #DigitalTransformation #TechInnovation #ITCareers #AutomationTechnology #SoftwareDevelopment #TechTalent #DigitalMarketingTech #Agra Jobs
