Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales team to create and execute sales planning and achievement.
- Stay up-to-date with Networking products and solutions.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies
- Analyze sales trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Networking products and solutions.
- Cisco certification preferred.
- Prior experience of handling cisco business is a added advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
