Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role at our Navi Mumbai location. The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing client relationships, generating sales leads, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and achieve sales targets effectively. Qualifications - Business development and sales expertise, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets - Strong negotiation, deal closure, and relationship management skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies - Problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities - Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales software - Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coworking, real estate, or serviced office space industry - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
