About the Role We're looking for a sharp, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Olympus Capital. You will work closely with the marketing & trading teams to manage digital channels, execute campaigns, and drive brand visibility across global markets. This role is ideal for candidates who live and breathe digital trends, understand how to communicate in the finance/trading domain, and are eager to build a long-term career in a global fintech environment. Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Telegram - Research and draft market updates, trading insights, and finance-related content - Manage social media content calendars, creatives, and posting schedules - Analyse campaign performance and report key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) - Collaborate with design, content, and trading teams to execute marketing ideas - Grow and manage online communities - Identify digital trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities - Assist in running influencer collaborations and paid ads (if needed) Requirements - Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and online branding - Ability to write clean, engaging, finance-friendly content - Knowledge of basic financial markets (Forex, Crypto, Indices) is preferred - Basic Canva / design skills are a plus - Good communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle deadlines, multitask, and deliver consistently Why Join Olympus Capital - Remote, flexible work environment. - Work directly with a professional trading desk. - Real exposure to global marketsnot textbook theory. - Fast-track opportunity: Top performers can transition to Dubai for a full-time office role. - Tremendous learning curve through hands-on market analysis.
