Recruitment Team Lead Responsibilities: - Review and assess CVs and candidate applications against job specifications. - Assess the CVs shared by recruiters, and shortlist qualified candidates to be shared to client. - Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are confirmed. - Prepare interview packs for hiring managers, including candidate CVs and interview schedules. - Maintain clear and concise communication with recruiters in the team throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed of interview updates and next steps. - Daily status updates to the Account Managers. - Assist Account Managers in client meetings (as needed) and liaise with clients in their absence. - Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities assigned. - Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best recruitment practices. Qualifications: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in an IT recruitment role. - Singapore/Malaysia recruitment experience is strongly preferred. - Team Lead experience is required. - Extensive understanding of IT Skills, able to screen CVs based in IT as well as in banking roles independently. - Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiations and managing offers. - Good understanding of Singapore Employment pass considerations will be a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in written and verbal. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to prioritize workloads, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive and proactive attitude.
