Job Description Job Title: Recruitment - Team Lead Location: Malaparamba Experience: 5 Years Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 Job Summary The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition. This role drives recruitment strategies, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management - Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team. - Allocate job requisitions and monitor workload and performance. - Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and training. - Set targets and ensure timely closure of positions. 2. Recruitment Strategy & Planning - Understand manpower plans and create hiring strategies accordingly. - Develop sourcing plans for critical, bulk, and niche roles. - Maintain and track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.). - Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles. 3. End-to-End Hiring - Oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection. - Coordinate with hiring managers for job requirements and interview feedback. - Ensure proper documentation, salary fitment, negotiation, and offer rollout. - Track onboarding and joining status of selected candidates. 4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Collaborate with department heads and leadership for hiring needs. - Manage external recruitment agencies, job portals, and campus partners. - Negotiate terms and manage vendor performance. 5. Process Improvement & Compliance - Standardize recruitment processes and ensure policy adherence. - Implement best practices, tools, and technology to improve efficiency. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. - Ensure compliance with organizational and legal hiring standards. Requirements Key Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership and people management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Talent sourcing and interviewing expertise. - Decision-making and problem-solving ability. - Data-driven approach with knowledge of recruitment metrics. - Proficiency in ATS/HRMS (Zoho) and MS Office tools. - Negotiation and conflict management skills.
