The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing recruiters, meeting hiring targets, and driving recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets. - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. - Create and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and close positions efficiently. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity. - Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting of progress. - Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team handling role. - Proven experience in target-based hiring and handling multiple open positions. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with HRMS, job portals, and professional networking platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
