You’ll be working with the Business team. This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Role Overview: As we expand our presence across Bangalore through dealer-owned and operated experience centres, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations, manage dealer relationships, and drive business growth within the region. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Management: Develop, onboard, and support dealer partners across the assigned territory. Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and standards. Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans where needed. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area. Plan and execute area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales teams to deliver strong results. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high engagement levels. Market Development: Identify and open new market opportunities through dealer network expansion. Collaborate with marketing teams for local events, promotions, and brand visibility. Customer Experience: Ensure superior customer satisfaction at every dealer touchpoint. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant teams. Qualifications & Experience: 3–8 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the automotive, EV Proven experience in dealer handling and territory management. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure. Start- up experience is a bonus What matters: 1.
