Job Description Job Title:Sales & Client Acquisition Executive Location:Remote / On-site (Nashik) Industry:Coaching / Wellness / Software Reports to:Founder / Sales Manager Salary: Upto 20,000/- per month plus incentives Job Description (JD): We are looking for a motivated and persuasive sales executive to promote our neuroscience-based coaching services and digital brain health products. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, convert leads, and help grow our customer base across India and globally. Responsibilities: - Generate leads through social media, cold calling, webinars, and networking - Understand client needs and present tailored coaching programs or digital solutions - Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals - Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions - Maintain CRM and provide timely follow-ups - Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and offers - Attend events, webinars, and exhibitions to boost sales reach - Collect testimonials and feedback for social proof and improvement Key Result Areas (KRA): KRA Target / Metric 1. Lead Generation - 100+ qualified leads per month 2. Conversion Rate - Minimum 10-15% conversion from lead to customer 3. Monthly Revenue Target - 1.5 to 3 lakhs in revenue (adjustable per product mix) 4. Client Onboarding Satisfaction - 90%+ positive feedback post-purchase 5. CRM Updates - 100% lead updates within 24 hours of interaction 6. Retention & Upsell - 20% of clients to renew or upgrade within 3 months
