Lead Generation - 100+ qualified leads per month 2. Conversion Rate - Minimum 10-15% conversion from lead to customer 3. Monthly Revenue Target - 1.5 to 3 lakhs in revenue (adjustable per product mix) 4. Client Onboarding Satisfaction - 90%+ positive feedback post-purchase 5. CRM Updates - 100% lead updates within 24 hours of interaction 6. Retention & Upsell - 20% of clients to renew or upgrade within 3 months
