**CTC: 16K To 20K**

**1. Job Purpose**:
Drive revenue growth by Account management, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s electrical switchgear products across target markets.

**2. Reporting Relationships & Organization Structure**:
Reports to: Sales Manager
Collaborates with: Marketing, Production, and Customer DMU

**3. Dimensions - Targets, Budgets, Staff numbers**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for existing products with existing customers.
- Manage travel and promotional budget for customer engagements.

**4. Principal Responsibilities**:

- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify perceived user value (PUV) of our products
- Present product offerings and support customers with technical insights.
- Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Report on sales performance and market trends.

**5. Job Context**:
This role is key in expanding the customer base to support the company's ambitious growth goals. The salesperson will play a vital role in building market presence.
