Link to NIIT LinkedIn page - https://www.Linkedin.Com/company/niit-limited/ Job Role: Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist Experience required: 3+ years to 6 years Qualification required: Graduation must Skills required: client interaction, operations, Global client dealing, vendor management, RFP, Negotiation, Contract negotiation, RFP, RFQ, PO, Strategic sourcing, Vendor sourcing, Excellent verbal & writing skills Working days & Shift: 5 days & EMEA shift (Must be ok with night shifts as well) Location: Gurgaon, Sector 34 (WFO) Job Roles & Responsibilities - Own customer requests and source the best training supplier in the market globally at customer locations (Europe, USA, APAC etc.) or any time zones. - Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring on time delivery with the suppliers - Develop and deliver cost savings - Supplier Rationalization and relationship management. - Required to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize and manage the training events. - Manage end-to-end training administration through learning management software used by customers within agreed service levels. Candidate Requirement - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commodity or service sourcing and management or purchasing and commercial management with a total experience more than 4 to 6 years - Experience in working with suppliers in Learning industry will be considered a strong plus. - Experience with sourcing in international markets and supplier quality assessment - Commercial Negotiation skills - Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with suppliers while driving lower costs, superior performance and continuous improvement. - Experience of monitoring and managing work queues - Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. - Attention to detail and an ability to work easily with others. - Ability to work independently in a flexible and adaptable manner. - Working globally, covering different time zones and languages is key Interested Ones, please share your cv at srishti.gupta@niitmts.com NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
