This role requires a strong understanding of sustainable materials, ethical sourcing, craftsmanship, and premium home & lifestyle design with a global aesthetic.Key Responsibilities1. Business & Client Management- Manage end-to-end merchandising with a sharp focus on sustainability-led categories.- Lead seasonal line building, catalogue planning, and opportunity mapping.- Drive commercial conversations, costing, target margins, and product competitiveness.2. Product Development & Sustainability- Develop eco-friendly, handcrafted, and ethically sourced products—Furniture, Textiles, Home Décor, Lighting & Accessories.- Deep knowledge of materials such as FSC wood, recycled metals, natural fibres, organic cotton, vegan leather, handwoven textiles, etc.- Work closely with design teams, artisans, factories, and QC to ensure elevated UK-standard products.3. Operations & Project Ownership- Own T&A calendars, PD trackers, sample tracking, costing sheets, and packaging development.- Ensure on-time sample delivery, risk management, and transparent communication with buyers.- Strong knowledge of compliance, testing, packaging norms, and sustainability certifications.4.
