Role Overview We are seeking aresults-driven Digital Marketing Executivewith strong expertise inMeta (Facebook & Instagram)andGoogle Ads. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns, creating and optimizing ads, and coordinating effectively with creative and content teams to deliver measurable growth in brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook & Instagram)andGoogle Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing). - Manage and optimize campaigns withmonthly budgets of 10 lakh or moreto achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility. - Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals. - Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports. - Collaborate with thecreative and content teamsto conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals. - ConductA/B testingfor ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive performance improvements. - Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing. - Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation. - Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. - 25 years of proven experiencein digital advertising onMeta and Google platforms. - Prior experience in thebeauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerceindustry ismandatory. - Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with10 lakh+ monthly budgets. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience usingGoogle Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel. - Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
