Job Description:
The HR Intern position holder will work under the supervision of the HR Manager to provide administrative support to the HR department. The HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you must:
- Verifying pre-employment medical certificates before confirming Date of Joining (DoJ)
- Communicating onboarding schedules and ensuring alignment with internal policies
- Support in preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Tracking signed offer letters and ensuring timely submission of required documents like NOC, ID proofs, and medical reports
- Supporting extension requests and updating internship timelines
- Participate in strategic reviews and bi-weekly business connects to align HR with business outcomes
- Organize engagement initiatives such as town halls, success story campaigns
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Master's degree in business administration, specializing in human resources
- Master's degree in English/or an equivalent degree
Key Skill Sets:
- Must be a team player
- Desire to learn long-term processes
- Take up responsibilities that are of confidential nature
This is an office-based paid internship position, with the expectation to come into the office four days a week.
