Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the Human Resources department as an intern.

This is an office-based paid internship position, with the expectation to come into the office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify pre-employment medical certificates before confirming Date of Joining (DoJ)
  • Communicate onboarding schedules and ensure alignment with internal policies
  • Support in preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
  • Track signed offer letters and ensure timely submission of required documents like NOC, ID proofs, and medical reports
  • Support extension requests and update internship timelines
  • Participate in strategic reviews and bi-weekly business connects to align HR with business outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Masters degree in business administration, specializing in human resources
  • Masters degree in English/or an equivalent degree
  • Must be a team player
  • Desire to learn long-term processes
  • Take up responsibilities that are of confidential nature
