- Role: Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales & Outreach)
- Location: Remote | Experience: Freshers Welcome | Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about sales, outreach, and client engagement in the fast-growing SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry. No prior experience is requiredjust a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, company databases, and online forums.
- Assist in creating outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and calls with potential clients.

2. Relationship Building

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Learn how to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Represent DMD in a professional and friendly manner in all interactions.

3. Sales & CRM Management

- Maintain and update lead details in the companys CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track responses and follow-ups to ensure smooth lead progression.

4. Market Research & Learning

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions.

5. Collaboration & Growth

- Work closely with senior sales and marketing professionals to improve outreach strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

No prior experience requiredjust a passion for learning and sales

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email communication.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills & Attributes

A curious and proactive mindseteager to learn and experiment.

Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.

Knowledge of SaaS or tech industry (not required, but a plus).

Bonus Points For:

Any internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business outreach.

Understanding of CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) (not required but helpful).
