Job Description About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Producer + Editor who can take complete ownership of our brand's video contentright from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for both cinematography and post-production, creating high-impact ad films, product videos, and social media content that drive brand visibility and conversions. Key Responsibilities - Plan, shoot & deliver high-quality video content for ads, digital campaigns, product launches & brand stories - Handle end-to-end production including camera operation, lighting, sound & framing - Develop creative storyboards and collaborate with the marketing team to bring concepts to life - Edit videos with top-notch craftsmanship (cuts, transitions, graphics, text animations, VFX) - Ensure brand consistency, visual storytelling & strong commercial appeal - Manage production logistics: equipment handling, studio setups & shoot schedules - Perform color correction, color grading, sound design & motion graphics - Optimize videos across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Website, Paid Ads) - Stay updated with trends in D2C advertising, reels, short-form content & performance creatives Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in video production + editing (please share portfolio/showreel) - Strong command over equipment: DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, gimbals, audio systems - Expertise in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects - Creative mindset with strong storytelling and aesthetic understanding - Ability to work fast, manage deadlines & handle multiple projects - Knowledge of performance marketing video formats is a plus
