About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across business verticals & partner with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using a mix of channelsjob portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate the full selection process.
- Ensure a great candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track and report hiring metrics, pipeline status, and drive recruitment analytics.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- Min 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Proven experience in handling volume, niche, or leadership hiring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
