Job Description for Industries Air Compressor Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for air compressor products

- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key clients

- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the air compressor or industrial equipment industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients

Skills:

- Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools

- Team Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a sales team

- Market Analysis: Understanding of market trends and competitors
