Our talented designers are dedicated to innovative and creative designs to make your home beautiful and unique. Founded by successful young entrepreneurs, YoHo Designs aims to build a brand worth $100 million within two years. We provide affordable and durable interiors tailored to our clients tastes. Our goal is to grow to 100 employees and open three experience centers in Bengaluru within a year, with plans to expand to other cities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd, a startup company in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

- 4+ yrs of work experience as a Sales Manager in the interior design industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of contacts in the industry
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their needs and promote our design solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management
- Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, products, and technologies
