Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Nazareth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate recommendations on products. Daily tasks include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills: Demonstrated ability in handling sales and providing exceptional customer service
- Product knowledge and recommendation skills: Familiarity with home appliances, electronics, kitchen appliances, and furniture to effectively recommend products
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Teamwork and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage daily tasks and inventory
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales is beneficial
- High school diploma or graduate or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or related fields is a plus
