Desigantion : Manager – R&D (Aqua) - Developing standards for research design, execution and data analysis - Plan, coordinate and execute research studies related to the pre grow out and grow out nutrition of shrimp and fish (Indoor & Outdoor) - Plan and execute most promising concepts/formulations at pilot ponds and in commercial farms - Disseminate the results and findings to key stakeholders and implementation assistance - Provide technical support related to nutritional issues at field and commercial levels - Work closely with nutritionist and technical people to understand the research needs - Internal training and literature publications - Managing a team of researchers to execute time -bound research projects and deliver high quality results - Budget proposal for research projects and maximum utilization of resources - Visit to key customers on need based - Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report as per requirement Required skills: Wokring with Aqua feed. Aqua experience is a must. Nutrition background field experience is a must Should have collaborative exposure Should have good market exposure
