Desigantion : Manager – R&D (Aqua) Developing standards for research design, execution and data analysisPlan, coordinate and execute research studies related to the pre grow out and grow out nutrition of shrimp and fish (Indoor & Outdoor)Plan and execute most promising concepts/formulations at pilot ponds and in commercial farmsDisseminate the results and findings to key stakeholders and implementation assistanceProvide technical support related to nutritional issues at field and commercial levelsWork closely with nutritionist and technical people to understand the research needsInternal training and literature publicationsManaging a team of researchers to execute time -bound research projects and deliver high quality resultsBudget proposal for research projects and maximum utilization of resourcesVisit to key customers on need based Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report as per requirement Required skills:Wokring with Aqua feed. Aqua experience is a must. Nutrition background field experience is a mustShould have collaborative exposureShould have good market exposure
