You will join a team of some of the best and brightest who are working together to build a company and a brand that is making a difference in the world.Desigantion : Manager – R&D (Aqua)- Developing standards for research design, execution and data analysis- Plan, coordinate and execute research studies related to the pre grow out and grow out nutrition of shrimp and fish (Indoor & Outdoor)- Plan and execute most promising concepts/formulations at pilot ponds and in commercial farms- Disseminate the results and findings to key stakeholders and implementation assistance- Provide technical support related to nutritional issues at field and commercial levels- Work closely with nutritionist and technical people to understand the research needs- Internal training and literature publications- Managing a team of researchers to execute time -bound research projects and deliver high quality results- Budget proposal for research projects and maximum utilization of resources- Visit to key customers on need based- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report as per requirementRequired skills:Wokring with Aqua feed. Aqua experience is a must.Nutrition background field experience is a mustShould have collaborative exposureShould have good market exposure
