We are seeking a Senior Product Design Specialist to focus on design systems for B2B platforms. Your role will be to establish scalable components, ensuring visual consistency across multiple enterprise products.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, build, and evolve design systems for enterprise use.
- Create reusable components in Figma.
- Collaborate with engineering for design-to-code alignment.
- Ensure accessibility compliance across enterprise products.
- Conduct system audits to maintain consistency.

What You Bring

- 35 years of product design experience.
- Prior experience building or maintaining design systems.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
