Job Description At Oleria, we are looking for a talented Senior Product and Brand Experience Designer to join our team. As the Senior Product and Brand Experience Designer, you will lead the design of our B2B SaaS Security solution. You will drive innovation in product and brand design by exploring new design concepts, technologies, and trends and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. This involves thinking creatively and strategically, experimenting with new approaches, and being willing to take risks to create unique and innovative design solutions that differentiate the brand and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create an effortless experience for our customers to get to the aha moment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the design strategy for innovative product and brand solutions, prioritizing customer experience and ease of use. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity intuitive, engaging designs that meet enterprise-level customers and large-scale data environments unique needs. - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products and touchpoints. - Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best product and brand design practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and milestones. - Develop and execute onboarding strategies that guide customers through the product and drive them toward the aha moment. - Create engaging and informative product tours that educate customers about product features and functionality. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer and their needs, behaviors, and preferences through ongoing research and data analysis. - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and timely delivery of high-quality products. - Advocate for user-centered design and design thinking throughout the organization and help establish a customer-centric culture. - Identify opportunities for innovation through user research, data analysis, and market insights. Requirements: - At least five years of experience in product and brand design. - A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and brand identity systems for B2B SaaS Security platforms or solutions is a plus. - Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Passionate about creating designs that solve complex problems and improve user experiences for a product-led growth model.
