Job Title: Product Designer

We’re hiring a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an offline, full-time role for someone who loves crafting user-centric, scalable, and visually polished digital product experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design
  • Strong command over Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio showcasing impactful web/mobile product design work
  • Strong understanding of product thinking, design systems, user flows, and interaction design
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, content, and business)
  • Good communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail
Key Responsibilities
  • Design user-centric product experiences with a focus on usability and impact
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life
  • Conduct user research, feedback analysis, and usability testing
  • Build and maintain design systems and visual guidelines for consistent brand identity
  • Iterate rapidly based on user behaviour, product performance, and team feedback
