Job Description Job Title Product Management Principal Specialist Summary of the Role You'll apply your product and technical expertise to shape innovative solutions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the development and delivery of impactful travel technology products. In this role you'll / Your main responsibilities - Apply technical expertise to support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes. May mentor Specialists or Senior Specialists. - Evaluate complex challenges with broad implications, improve processes, and recommend practical solutions and risk mitigation strategies. - Operate with autonomy while aligning with management direction. Contribute to or guide cross-functional projects. - Communicate and develop value propositions and key messages based on identified challenges, translating them into new product concepts or enhancements. - Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning timelines with stakeholders and coordinating with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service, Delivery, Go-To-Market), and Research & Development (R&D) teams.
