Our team is focused on delivering world-class experiences across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and LinkedIn. We're looking for strong product leadership as we deliver our next generation of experiences that enable modern, intelligent sales workflows for organizations of all shapes and sizes. You will be responsible for building and managing the product roadmap, designing features, and delivering them to unlock new, AI-powered experiences for Dynamics 365 Sales.


Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an industry-leading and rapidly growing line of SaaS-based business applications. Our team is focused on building capabilities into Microsoft's fast-growing CRM platform, Dynamics 365 for Sales, leveraging Microsoft's innovation across technologies such as Generative AI and AI Agents to redefine how sellers work, engage customers, and drive business outcomes.

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager with a proven track record in designing, building, and launching SaaS applications — ideally with experience in AI-driven or agent-based products. This role combines product strategy, user-centric design, cross-team collaboration, and customer engagement. It's a high-impact, creative, and technical role with the opportunity to shape how AI agents transform sales productivity and customer engagement.

To be successful in this role, you must excel at collaborating across teams and disciplines, cutting through ambiguity, and shipping high-quality, customer-focused products. Excellence across the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and experimentation to measurement and iteration—is critical to driving adoption and delivering customer success.
