You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and documentation to ensure that solutions can be maintained and updated over time. Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 3-6 years What you’ll do: - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Optimize Salesforce data models, automations, and configurations to align with business needs. - Develop and manage Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed. - Review and enhance existing automations, ensuring scalability and performance. - Maintain Salesforce security, profiles, and permissions, aligning with organizational requirements. - Documentation and mentor the junior developers. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities - Designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
