The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, ServiceMax configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions. - Configure ServiceMax functionalities including Work Orders, Entitlements, and Preventive Maintenance. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. - Perform unit testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce/ServiceMax environments. Required Skills: - 6–10 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceMax. - Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience with ServiceMax field service processes and Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
