Owing to our substantial growth plans we are desirous of recruiting Sales Professionals for our Executive Search Division, who will be responsible to expand our clientele and drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Work Setup: Hybrid, Monday-Friday

As an Inside Sales, you will:

- Conduct targeted research to identify new markets and key contacts for business opportunities.

- Generate leads, cold call prospects, and set up meetings to build rapport.

- Follow up and pursue leads through to successful agreements.

- Understand client needs and create tailored plans to meet them.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to grow existing accounts and attract new ones.

What You Bring:

- Experience in Business Development and Sales Executive.

- Should have Sales Account management & Relationship management skills.

- Experience with quotations, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
