Job Description Skill Area - Social media strategist, Social media manager or paid social specialist, social media analytics Roles & Responsibilities - Execute paid social media campaigns following guidance and processes. - Ability to perform deep audits/analyses of social media ads and page insights and work on recommendations. - Plan, co-develop, and implement social media activation strategies in collaboration with global teams and local affiliates. - Collect and analyze data, optimize paid media campaigns, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in social media campaigns. - Co-define, monitor, and adjust KPIs reflecting business objectives. - Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. - Superusers of social media marketing tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc. - Understand multi and omnichannel approaches to paid media and provide a holistic view of performance based on insights. - Monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms (Analytics). - Knowledge of privacy policies, regulations, and limitations of each social media channel across the world.
