This role is for an Affluent Relationship Manager specializing in B2C sales of Mutual Fund products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HNI and UHNI clients, focusing on upselling and providing expert investment planning and advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Upsell mutual fund products and other AMC offerings to Retail and HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
- Achieve business targets by enhancing client net worth relationships and upselling a diverse product mix.
- Profile customers to provide tailored financial products that meet their specific needs.
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring the highest levels of service.
- Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
- Focus on the acquisition and servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced with mutual funds and managing portfolios.
- Proven ability to manage Retail and HNI clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
