Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Talend Developer

Responsibilities

-
Creating Projects/ Scheduling Jobs / Migration to Higher Environments.

-
Talend command line and job server configuration.

-
Involved in development of automation scripts for TAC maintenance.

-
Review of jobs from various projects and provide technical support and performance tuning on jobs.

-
Support to users to simplify jobs during development, by providing templates and guidelines for coding

-
Setting up of Talend configuration for users for both local and remote executions.

-
Talend jobs deployment in TAC and monitoring the job executions in Zena-Job Scheduler.

-
Deployment and scheduling Talend jobs in Administration console and monitoring the execution

-
Involved in creating context variables in repository and use these context variables to run multiple jobs in Talend.

Creating Branches in GIT and help developers to push the Talend jobs into the GIT branches and raise a pull request to move into master branch once the code changes are approved.

Managed Source Code repositories using GIT maintaining for multiple parallel releases.

Develop a jobs in Jenkins to build and deploy the Talend applications into Edge node servers in all Dev/Test/Prod environments and create a change order to move to Live

End to End Administration, Integration, Automation of Tools like JIRA, NEXUS, GIT etc.

-
Build and Deploy the Talend jobs via Jenkins CI/CD process to TAC and Edge node servers

-
Make sure all the jobs placed into Edge node servers and run the job on Zena scheduler using .sh file to move into production

Demonstrates a deep understanding on administration of Talend Runtime Platform

Administration and monitoring of Talend Platform including installation, configuration, patches, vulnerability fixes

Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for Talend platform

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

-
Experience in Talend Development

-
Hands on knowledge in setting up Clustering on Talend platform

-
Experience on project setup, users, groups, license management

-
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

-
Hands on experience with Linux systems and shell scripting

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

-
Good to have knowledge on certificate management

. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
