We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of consultants in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture and development, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of consultants in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise application development

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience with Java/J2EE, .NET, or other enterprise application development platforms
- Experience with enterprise application integration using APIs, web services, and messaging technologies
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise application development and deployment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
